Abstract

Fractal structure and vortex fl ows in dissipative systems. A nonlinear phase transition was found in the temperature range from an amorphous to a crystalline structure during the deposition of ion-plasma coatings. An atomic-cluster model of coating growth in vacuum is proposed. The phenomenon of vortex transfer of particles without energy dissipation along equipotential surfaces, which has a quantum-mechanical nature, is investigated. The similarity of phenomena such as ultra-low friction, superconductivity, superfl uidity, crystal growth in vacuum was found, and similarity criteria were determined.
