Abstract

In an interview with the Brookings Institute, Michael Crow, President of Arizona State University, stated the following about higher education in the United States: “I have seen too often our educational systems failing learners by clinging to outmoded philosophies and structures, forsaking capable learners to sustain exclusive reputations, and shunning educational technology as a subpar learning fad.”
