Four new species of the genus Miltochrista Hübner from northern Indochina and Southwest China (Lepidoptera: Erebidae: Arctiinae)

Abstract

Four new species of the genus Miltochrista Hübner, [1819] are described: Miltochrista megalytera sp. n. (Northern Thailand and Northern Vietnam), Miltochrista nujiangia sp. n. (China: Yunnan), Miltochrista fluctuata sp. n. (Northern and Central Thailand), and Miltochrista setozia sp. n. (Northern Vietnam). Miltochrista dankana Volynkin, N. Singh, Černý, Kirti & Datta, 2022 is reported from China (Yunnan Province) for the first time, and its female is correctly illustrated and diagnosed. Adults, male and female genitalia of the new and similar species are illustrated.
