Abstract

The study investigated entrepreneurship capital and organizational performance in the service industry. The study gathered data from the National Pension Commission from 2004 to 2019 to estimate entrepreneurial capital and organizational performance in the service industry (NPC). The study hypothesis was: that there is no significant difference between entrepreneurship capital and organizational performance in the service industry. A P-Value of 0.05 was used to determine the level of significance. However, the public sector pension contributions amount was the dependent variable. The study adopted linear regression the model with Minitab and also used SPSS for ANOVA analysis this is to further confirm if there will be variations in the result of the two analyses. It was revealed in the study that there is a significant difference between entrepreneurial capital and organisational performance in the service industry which is a clear indication that the alternate hypothesis is accepted as the sig =0.00 which is less than 0.05 level of significance. As a result, the study made the following recommendation: Since gathering resources is another step in the entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurial should be objective in resources. For business undertakings, daily operations including capital land, human resources, and so forth are necessary.
