Abstract
The article explains how to create an effective venture team of venture capital projects. Problems of venture business relations between participants in the Russian economy are related to the human factor. Special relationship arose in venture business universities. Institutional and individual investors prefer to finance the company's activities with professional and proactive team of managers and specialists.
