Abstract

The essence of the methodological principles that help formulate educational and humanitarian discourse is found and explanation of the construct of “educational and humanitarian discourse”, its orientation under the conditions of the information society is explained. The universals of the educational and humanitarian discourse of the information society are revealed, namely search for meaning in all spheres of life, intercultural interaction and communicative process of the information society. Scientific novelty of the research is that the analysis of the humanitarian culture as one of the universals of educational and humanitarian discourse is presented. The universals of the “multidimensionality of the humanitarian culture”, as well as the interdependence and interrelation representing the multidimensional person, who lives in the multidimensional world of the information society, are analyzed.
