Abstract

On October 14, 1924, the II session of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the Soviets, having considered the resolution of the Turk Central Executive Committee on national-state delimitation, made and approved the following changes: it was decided to transform the Tajik Autonomous Region into the Tajik Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic within the Uzbek SSR; The Kara-Kalpak Autonomous Region was introduced into the Kyrgyz (Kazakh) Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, and the Kara-Kyrgyz (Kyrgyz) Autonomous Region directly into the RSFSR.Thus, the national statehood of the Kyrgyz people dates back to October 14, 1924.
