Abstract

The analysis of the results of a pedagogical experiment on formation of a chemical component of future teachers’ professional competence of not chemical specialties is submitted (teachers of Technologies, Geography, Physics). The attention is focused on different directions of future teachers’ training of studying Chemistry which is based on learning a number of the profile disciplines which help the formation of professional competence. The chemical science is said to be important for the understanding of a material world, problems and questions connected with a structure of substances, their properties, ways of receiving and transformation. It is proved that one of ways of introducing a new paradigm of education is a universal use of cross-disciplinary communication which allows to conduct various applied researches. It is designated that the chemical component of professional competence of future teacher allows to form purposefully main competences in pupils – namely, competence of natural sciences and technologies, ecological competence and desire to adhere to a healthy lifestyle. Stages of carrying out pedagogical experiment are designated (stating, search, forming, correctional). The course of carrying out the forming stage of a pedagogical experiment is described: in control groups teaching was carried out with the help of traditional methods, in experimental it was done with the help of author's techniques. The students’ level of formation of motivational, active, cognitive and methodical components of a chemical component of professional competence was checked. Results of initial and total researches were compared on each criteria in control and experimental groups in all specialties. Results of calculations are presented in the form of charts and tables. A conclusion concerning the efficiency of the developed technique of formation of a chemical component of future teachers’ of not chemical specialties professional competence is formulated.
