Abstract
A titanium metal plate and a substrate were placed adjacently and treated hydrothermally at 160 °C in NaOH aqueous solution. A sodium titanate nanotube film reflecting the form of the titanium plate and the composition of the substrate was formed on substrates such as Co−Cr alloy and SUS316L.
