Abstract

As part of the experimental work, a plan-program has been developed to increase the level of professional and pedagogical preparedness of primary education teachers. The fundamental idea of the plan-program for increasing the level of professional preparedness becomes the integrity of the pedagogical activity of the teacher and his consciousness. The plan-programs are designed to solve a number of problems: the adoption by teachers of the ideology of the new educational standard, the development of more effective methods of digitalization technology, pedagogical equipment, methods of educational and cognitive activities aimed at achieving the intended learning outcomes for students, the development of a modern system of requirements for the objective assessment of student activities. Primary education teachers have increased motivation to implement the state educational standard of school general education, professional and personal values have been formed, the magnitude, meaningfulness, knowledge, forms of means, methods and techniques of teaching have increased, the independent manifestation of skills and professional actions in the process of performing relevant tasks has improved, more purposefully use interactive tools and digital materials in the educational and cognitive process, develop control and assessment tasks using them, and reflect on their professional and pedagogical activities.
