Abstract

The formation of working-age population groups in terms of modern labor market requirements in the conditions of the market economy lays the groundwork for an easy solution to their employment problems. These problems cover the rural economy. There fore, the article explores the options of using justified methodological approaches and reliable forecast data in the formation of labor resources. Purpose–to systematically and comprehensively study the characteristics of the formation of labor resources in order to solve the employment problem in rural areas Methodology-the study used the method of comparative analysis and synthesis. Research results-the use of opportunities of economic-mathematical modeling is of great importance in solving the methodological problems of the formation of labor resources in rural areas.
