Abstract

The article analyzes the issues of the formation of cross-cutting competencies in a teacher of a modern secondary school. A feature of the author's approach to the formation of cross-cutting competencies of a modern teacher is the reliance on the methodology of the environmental approach and the cross-multidimensional educational environment of the school. The cross-multidimensional educational environment of the school is viewed as a derivative of situational interaction and intersection in various combinations of several or many spaces. The formation of cross-cutting competencies in a general education school teacher is revealed isomorphic to solving similar problems in relation to students. The article presents a classification of cross-cutting competencies of a modern teacher. At the same time, cross-cutting competencies are presented as competencies that are significant for all types of labor activities and labor functions performed by a teacher, relevant for any stage of his professional activity and the category of students. The article separately analyzes the results of a study to determine the level of development of cross-cutting competencies among teachers.
