Abstract
Reactions of [Cp 2Ti(btmsa)] (btmsa = bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene) with R 4Sb 2 (R = Me, Me 3Si) give [Cp 2TiSbMe 2] 2 ( 1) or [Cp 2TiSb(SiMe 3) 2] 2 ( 2) respectively. [Cp 2TiCl] 2·2Mes 4Sb 2 ( 3) is serendipitously formed from [Cp 2Ti(btmsa)] and Mes 2SbH containing NH 4Cl traces.
