Abstract

The purpose of the proposed article is to analyze the prospects for the integration of the Russian higher education system into the European educational space. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that one of the main goals of modern education is the creation of a third-generation higher education system. It is argued that a university teacher should pay special attention to the definition of a new humanitarian and philological paradigm based on the cadet's commitment to the personal component, that is, the formation of an independent and responsible person involved in the educational process. The article highlights the key tasks facing the system of regional higher educational institutions, among which one of the main ones in the process of philological knowledge is the formation of multilingualism (bilingualism and trilingualism) at the university, i.e. knowledge by the cadet of Russian, national (if necessary) and foreign (English, German, Chinese, etc.) languages. In addition, other prospects for the development of regional education in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia have been identified.
The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the problem-axiological and anthropological approaches, as well as methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that the integration of modern education is viewed through the prism of existing communications, the synthesis of institutional structures, the current socio-cultural situation, the philological orientation of education, the values that have arisen in the context of changes as a result of the evolution of society as a whole.
