Formation of basic national values in accordance with the concept of the New Ukrainian School in wartime conditions

Abstract

The article highlights the importance of universal and national spiritual values and ways and means of their formation in modern conditions, in the implementation of the Concept «New Ukrainian School», the establishment of the national system of education and upbringing, and reveals theoretical and practical aspects of universal and national-patriotic principles. student youth, the formation of their high national consciousness and self-awareness, active citizenship, moral and spiritual, legal culture, and readiness to build and defend the Fatherland. An organizational and methodological analysis of the practical implementation of the values of the New Ukrainian School is presented, which is a response to the challenges that modern society addresses to education during major socio-economic transformations. The key in this situation seems to be the creation of a new pedagogical reality, which would be aimed at raising the growing personality to the heights of humanity. increasing attention to the educational potential of the educational environment of the New Ukrainian School and assisting general secondary education institutions in organizing the educational process through the integration of educational efforts of society, including the community, as well as education of basic universal values, social values of society and small groups, its competence and readiness to show responsible citizenship and patriotism.
