Abstract
Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar una revisión panorámica de fuentes textuales y referentes socio históricos, que albergan algunos de los comentarios y estudios que explican los procesos que ha tenido la literatura regional del departamento de Nariño durante el siglo XX. Para presentar dicho panorama se implementa un enfoque historiográfico, debido a que este permite registrar y brindar un reconocimiento al patrimonio literario regional, el cual, se suele caracterizar por participar de un proceso de canonización que se ve legitimado por medio de los distintos agentes, instituciones, revistas y artículos que giran alrededor del fenómeno literario.
