Abstract

The purpose of this Special Issue on Analog Circuits is to gather in a single publication significant contributions to the field of analog and linear integrated circuits. Since many of the special papers in this issue were also presented in a condensed form at the 1975 International Solid-State Circuits Conference, these papers are timely reports of state-ofthe- art work in analog integrated circuits. The 17 special papers and 5 special correspondence items contained in this issue indicate that analog circuit design is much more than alive and well. It is an area of keen activity and much continuing interest as designers employ new devices, processing schemes, and clever circuit configurations in a broadening range of applications.
