Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the possibilities of a comprehensive forensic medical and automotive expertise in cases of motor injuries of the driver and several passengers. It is shown that the complex medical and automotive expertise as a scientific study of the circumstances of accidents, forensic and automotive facilities, is a powerful evidential tool in solving investigative problems. The issue of determining the initial location of persons during an accident without taking into account the materials of criminal proceedings should not be decided solely by a forensic expert.
