Abstract
The social concern with economic analysis of building has been growing on part of building efficient plans for operation. However, the question is deterministic LCC analysis method ; currently, LCC analysis method for economic analysis of building, law reliability of result value due to not take diverse variable into consideration. In this paper, I would like to building that model on probabilistic LCC analysis method take diverse variable into consideration in deterministic LCC analysis method of existing. To achieve this, conduct Forecast Simulation base on define the diverse variable through deterministic LCC analysis after probabilistic LCC analysis algorithm and modeling in specialist work classification. As it turned out, it was draw from the result that building of probabilistic LCC analysis model take diverse variable of deterministic LCC analysis into account and show that difference between probabilistic LCC analysis to deterministic LCC analysis.
