Abstract
In the conditions of a modern, innovative economy, the article widely highlights the role of tourism services in the national economy of Uzbekistan and its role in the labor market. In the conditions of Uzbekistan, the problems of ensuring employment of the population on the basis of the rapid development of the tourism services sector are deeply analyzed and their prospective indicators are determined on the basis of econometric analysis. At the end of the article, the necessary recommendations are given to increase the employment of the population, based on the rapid development of the tourism services sector in the future.
