Abstract

Drawing on his municipal experience, Patrice Leclerc, mayor of Gennevilliers, questions residential diversity as a tool for reducing social inequalities. He prefers proactive political action, particularly in the construction of social housing, which is currently slowed down. Likewise, in the Greater Paris Metropolis, he declares himself a fervent supporter of active “municipalism” in the face of the powers of the Region and the State.
