Abstract
In all its activity, our party is guided by Marxism-Leninism — the most progressive revolutionary science of modern times. The Twenty-Fourth Congress of the CPSU made an important contribution to the development of the theory of scientific communism by elaborating a grandiose program for further social and economic, political and cultural development of Soviet society and by elaborating a foreign policy based on the present stage in the development of the nation. The decisions of the Congress are the ideological and theoretical base for the Party's practical work for an extended period.
