Abstract

Food Recovery Efforts for Upstream and Downstream Benefits (I1.A2)

Highlights

  • The progress toward these goals is guided by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Food Recovery Hierarchy, a model to show the best options for addressing excess food
