Abstract

LANB crystals are having massive opto-electronic application, phase matching, frequency matching and power transmission and in biology as anti-diabetic (AD) and in other utilities. Macro crystals have slightest applications by assessment measure up to nano form of LANB. Macro crystals are put in ordered by slow evaporation solution growth method and nano crystal by milling method. LANB are prepared by L Alanine with NaBr 5 h of stirring for 30 days with a, b, c in Å as 6.03, 12.38, 5. 80 and crystals specialty is SHG. The nano outline of LANB crystals are of 206 nm and 21 nm correspondingly. The band gap is 3.08 eV which is emission of 403 nm as emission FL value for macro scaling and 376 nm for nano scaling with band gap of 3.3012 eV. As the size of the sample from macro to nano of 21 nm, the FL value varies by 27 nm in decremented value and energy value varied by 0.22 eV as incremental one. Influx value of 1.9156 µm of LANB represents that the macro influx refers that LANB is good NLO crystal as it is less than 10 µm as the case represents the non centrosymmetricity and 2.0259 µm in nano scale represents that it is good and better prospects in filter utility and in beam displacement of waves compared to the macro scaling which is the matching part of nano scaling. So, the LANB macro and nano crystals are used in filter applications also as the data are represented.
