Abstract
Gemination and Fusion are irregularities in tooth development. Gemination is the attempted formation of two teeth from a single enamel organ, it has an incidence of 0.47% without sex predilection1, and it is a rare anomaly that arises when the tooth bud of a single tooth attempts to divide. Geminations more frequently affect the primary teeth, but it may occur in both dentitions, usually in the incisor region. This article reports a typical case of geminated maxillary molar giving appearance of flower radiographically.
