Abstract
Resumo Este estudo engloba a única espécie de Thymelaeaceae registrada para as cangas da Serra dos Carajás, no estado do Pará, trazendo descrição detalhada, ilustração e comentários morfológicos. Daphnopsis filipedunculata é descrita para a Serra dos Carajás, sendo considerada restrita as formações de cangas da região, ocorrendo até o presente apenas em três áreas da Serra Norte: platôs N1, N2 e N5.
