Abstract
A 79 year old patient, unfit for open surgery, treated for a pararenal aortic aneurysm with the endovascular aneurysm sealing system (EVAS) with three chimneys in both renal arteries and the superior mesenteric artery, was lost to follow up and presented six years later with a type Ia endoleak and sac enlargement to 9 cm.
