Abstract

Light Information Transmission A high performance self-variable-voltage light information transmission integrated system is reported in article number 2105207 by Jing Ning, Jincheng Zhang, and co-workers and its application potential in low-power, self-powered optical communication transmission systems is demonstrated. The diffusion adsorption regulation growth method and laser induction technology are proposed to realize high-brightness LED and flexible micro-supercapacitor on graphene. This study will provide a new approach to realize low-power optical communication transmission systems.
