Fixed Big Lymph Node Resection from Iliac Bifurcation, Left Paraaortic and Presacral Area

Laparoscopic lymphadenectomy has been performed since twenty years. Although there are several publications on standard lymphadenectomy, only a few reports have published on big fixed lymph node resection. In this video three different mass resection is shown including pelvic, paraaortic and presacral localizations. Big pelvic lymph node is located at bifurcation of external and internal iliac arteries at the very deep of obturator fossa. The patient had cervical cancer and staging lymphadenectomy was performed for his patient.
