First Annual Report - Pressure Sore Prevention Project Salisbury Health Care NHS Trust

Abstract

Introduction This is the first Annual Report following the introduction of pressure sore monitoring in February 1993.1t therefore covers the period February 1993 January 1994. Quarterly reports have been produced on a regular basis which have depicted the total numbers and severity of pressure sores for both hospital and community based patients. These reports have also indicated the number of pressure sores that patients have acquired while under hospital care.
