Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the first aid and nursing measures of patients with acute cerebral injury and the effect. Methods 190 patients with acute craniocerebral injury treated at our hospital from March, 2015 to March, 2017 were selected and were randomly diveidn into an observation group and a control group, 95 for each group. The observation group were given first aid and nursing care and the control group were routinely cared. The first aid time, emergency treatment time, pre-hospital mortality, in-hospital mortality, survival rate, and the prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The first aid time was (11.93±8.52) min, the emergency treatment time (15.02±9.75) min, pre-hospital mortality 11.58%, the in-hospital mortality 7.37%, and the survival rate 81.05% in the observation group, which were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical differences (all P<0.05). More patients got ADL grade I and II and fewer Ⅳ and Ⅴ in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing measures and first aid for patients with acute craniocerebral injury can achieve good results, shorten first aid time and emergency treatment time, decrease pre-hospital mortality and in-hospital mortality, increasesurvival rate, and improve the patients’ prognosis, so it is worth being clinical generalized. Key words: Craniocerebral injury; First aid; Nursing care
