Abstract

The four-dimensional SU(2) Yang-Mills theory at finite temperature is simulated on a lattice with improved rotational invariance (pseudorandom lattice). At high temperature a deconfinement transition is observed with critical exponent β as expected by universality hypotheses. The scale parameter of this regularization is evaluated and a comparison with standard approaches is carried out.
