Abstract
Current spectra of angle-resolved secondary electron emission (ARSEE) of a Pt single crystal normal to the surfaces (100), (111) and (110) are calculated. Calculation results are compared to the existing experimental data. It is shown that the fine structure of ARSEE spectra is mainly due to the electron build-up of final states, from which electron emission takes place. The derived method which we have allows to directly restore specific features of band disposition in the electron dispersion law from the treatment of experimental results.
