Abstract

Persons disabled in the village of Argodadi have a coconut cultivation business. Baglog, as a mushroom-growing medium, can only be used for five harvests. After that, the mushroom farmer must replace it with a new sawdust block. Currently, oyster mushroom sawdust blocks waste has not been utilized to become a product of economic value. Meanwhile, entrepreneurs with disabilities also cannot manage finances well. In this study, a pilot empowerment project was carried out by utilizing oyster mushroom sawdust blocks waste to become a product that has economic value by cultivating red worms. The output of this activity is that mushroom entrepreneurs have skills in cultivating red worms by utilizing oyster mushroom sawdust blocks waste, and also can manage finances, assisting in recording transactions and preparing financial reports as well as having the ability to prepare proposals for funding submissions as additional capital
