Abstract

Between May and October 2018, Itad conducted Learning Reviews of the International Decision Support Initiative’s (iDSI’s) work in China, Ghana, Indonesia and South Africa. The purpose was to review the scope of iDSI’s engagement at country level between 2016 and 2018 and investigate how i DSI is contributing to the institutionalisation of evidence - informed priority setting (EIPS), explore what has been working effectively and where there might be scope for course correction or refinements to iDSI’s future strategy. This report provides a synthesis of the findings from the four country Learning Reviews, distils overall lessons and provides strategic recommendations to iDSI moving forward.
