Final Report iDSI Country Learning Review: Indonesia

Abstract

Between May and July 2018, Itad conducted a Learning Review of the International Decision Support Initiative’s (iDSI’s) work in Indonesia. The purpose was to review the scope of iDSI’s engagement at country level between July 2016 and July 2018 and investigate how iDSI is contributing to the evidence - informed priority setting (EIPS) agenda in Indonesia. Using the country focused pillar of the recently revised iDSI theory of change (ToC 2) as a framework, the review explores what has been working effectively and where there might be scope for course correction or refinements to iDSI’s future strategy.
