Abstract
This desk review of the International Decision Support Initiative’s (iDSI’s) work in Ghana is intended to supplement the deep dive Country Learning Reviews that Itad have undertaken in China and Indonesia between May and July 2018. In contrast to the Country Learning Reviews, it is not intended to provide a robust ‘contribution story’ of iDSI’s contribution to components of the theory of change. Rather, the purpose of the review is to construct a narrative about iDSI’s work in Ghana, in order to build a picture of iDSI’s history, timeline and trajectory in the country.
