Abstract

This article analyses critically the most important theories of justice. It argues that the disregard of the institutional dimension in the contemporary societies lead them to a non realistic approach concerning the concretization of justice. It presents then an alternative vision based on the democratic experimentalism proposed by the political philosophy of Mangabeira Unger and his idea of a new institutional reorganization of society.
