L'essai analyse la proposition de règlement européen sur la filiation, en se concentrant sur la centralité des droits fondamentaux, sur le fait que la dimension familiale ne semble pas pour autant être clairement assumée et sur les résistances attendues de la part de certains États membres de l'Union européenne.
