Abstract

<p>Patterns of differential TF binding in open chromatin regions among TNBC cell lines derived from EA and AA women. <b>A,</b> Overabundance of known TF motifs within differentially open regions. A differential binding score of greater than 0.225 indicates increased binding in EA.
