Abstract
Comments on a recent paper of Kaneyoshi (see ibid., vol.8, p.1223 (1975)) in which the behaviour of the critical field separating the spin-flop and the paramagnetic phases of a simple cubic, randomly diluted, anisotropic Heisenberg antiferromagnet was analysed. The present authors point out the possibility that for small dilution, self-consistent application of this procedure to the simple cubic lattice would lead to an unphysical variation of the critical field with dilution. For general dilution, Kaneyoshi's results are compared with those recently obtained by a simple CPA theory.
