Abstract

An instability of field-induced ferromagnetic spin-wave states in a dilute Heisenberg antiferromagnetic is studied. From this instability, the critical field at low temperatures at which a phase transition to the spin-flop phase occurs is evaluated as a function of the concentration of the magnetic atoms.
