Abstract
A new on-board image-guided system has been design and implemented for the treatment of prostate cancer with Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT). The aim of this study was to investigate the magnitude of organ motion uncertainty at setup and at intra-fraction. In addition, the effect of an intra-field reposition method and clinical outcomes were assessed.
