Abstract

A 10-year-old girl presented to us with painless swelling of the left upper eyelid. She had a relatively ill-defined, non-tender mass in the superior orbit. Imaging revealed a relatively well defined hyperdense lesion in the anterior and superior orbit with no bony changes. The lesion was excised and a biopsy revealed a fibrolipoma. Pediatric orbital fibrolipomas are very rare orbital tumors and should considered in the differential diagnosis of an orbital space occupying lesion.
