Abstract
The new fenestellid bryozoan family Fenestraliidae is proposed to include Fenestralia Prout and two new genera, Parafenestralia and Triznella, from the Upper Permian of the Russian platform. The new family is compared with the Polyporidae and the Fenestellidae and is thought to be more closely allied to the latter. Parafenestralia arborescens (Netschajew), Triznella permiana (Nikiforova), T. viatkensis (Nikiforova), and the new species T. formosa are described and illustrated.—J. Utgaard
