Abstract

A 67-year-old female is referred from gynecology due to irritative voiding symptoms, urethral pain, and a vaginal bulge. On exam, a friable lesion can be seen protruding from the urethral meatus, and can be palpated transvaginally to extend proximal to the bladder neck. Transvaginal biopsy demonstrates clear cell adenocarcinoma.
