Abstract

A comparative study of the winter transpiration of annual shoots of shrubs of different winter hardiness was carried out: Staphylea pinnata L., Viburnum opulus L., Sambucus racemosa L., Sambucus cannadensis L., grown in the Main Botanical Garden named by N.V. Tsitsin Russian Academy of Science in Moscow. The intensity of diurnal transpiration was higher in non-frost-resistant shrubs.
