Abstract

The progressive rhythm of our life requires more and more physical activity and preparedness from a person. The increasing loads that fall on the shoulders of the worker throughout his life require higher physical perfection, which should be achieved through physical education and sports. The paper reflects the use of non-traditional means of physical culture in the work program for elective disciplines in physical culture and sports. We tried to fully imple- ment the methods aimed at mastering the students’ motor skills and skills that are necessary for classes, as well as for the ability to use such tools that are needed for independent work on the development of physical fitness. The program is intended for students of the higher school of non-sporting areas of training.
