Abstract

The education of a physically healthy child is a priority of the whole educational process in pre-school educational institutions, but the solution of this important task is connected with many problems in Ukraine such as imperfect diagnostics of the state of health, orientation of the system only to healthy children, interaction between teachers and parents. For this reason, the research topic is relevant. The purpose of the article is to explore the methodological features of the organization of physical education and the conduct of physical culture training classes in a preschool educational institution and to make the appropriate methodological recommendations. Methods of research used: synthesis of research problems, psychological analysis, and pedagogical observation. The article explains that the process of physical education of the children of preschool age are educational, educational and recreational tasks, while the priorities should be considered health. The author analyzes various issues of organization of the process of physical education in preschool educational institutions, identifies the main organizational and methodological issues that the teacher should deal with. An important issue is the correct allocation of different structural parts of the physical culture training class. The teacher of the preschool educational institution must follow the methodical rules to correctly prepare and conduct a physical culture training class. The author talks about the importance of an adequate selection of physical exercises for children, as well as the selection and alternation of effective ways of organizing children during the physical culture training class. Much attention needs to be paid to the effective use of lesson time. Physical activity planning is one of the tasks facing the teacher. The next task is to fulfill the methodological requirements for the organization of the implementation of children’s general development exercises and motor games. In the process of physical education of children of preschool age, the teacher must use different forms of physical culture training classes. In addition, it is necessary to follow the methodological requirements for the formation of children’s motor skills, and for this, the teacher must ensure the organization of a rational motor mode.
