Abstract

The issues of improving the structure and content of vocational education in the context of the development of digital competencies of graduates are considered. The level of knowledge of the Russian population of modern information technologies is shown and the areas of study that require increased attention in the training of modern economists are highlighted. The results of a selective sociological study on the readiness of teachers for the digital transformation of educational programs are presented. The importance of digital competencies in the system of vocational education as an integral part of training is highlighted and their role in the successful activity of a modern specialist is shown.
